1. Since you have already made payment via Stripe, select 'Pay in Dollars' at the payment page.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN.
2. Select 'I have made payment'.
3. Upload a proof of payment; this can be a screenshot of a debit from your bank or credit card.
